Our Story
Code3 was founded out of a vision to transform lives through technology. With a B.S. in Computer Information Systems and over 30 years of experience as a Senior Software Engineer in Corporate America, I was driven by my passion for both teaching and information technology. My 15 years of teaching experience at the University of Missouri's, Computer Education and Training Center and Saint Louis University's, Workforce Development Center highlighted the glaring disparities in access to quality, affordable training for underserved communities.
Our journey began with a simple yet profound mission: to empower individuals from these communities with the skills and opportunities needed to thrive in the rapidly evolving tech landscape.
